A Service Advisor will promptly call us back to update on the components of the service be it at 10,000 kms, 20,000 kms, 30,000kms,……; and one of the regular component of that service is, , “Wheel Alignment & Wheel-Balancing”. This process ensures that we have a smooth drive. A failure to perform this process, and we are going in for a period of bumpy or wobbly rides.
